Application

The mining explosion proof starter intrinsically safe switchgear is mainly used in coal mine and other surrounding media containing methane, coal dust mixture of explosive gas environment, in AC 50Hz voltage 1140V or 660V or 380V three-phase neutral point is not grounded line, local control or remote control three-phase asynchronous motor start, stop, and can be reversed during shutdown (Model N can control the forward and reverse of three-phase asynchronous motors).

1. Equipped with local control and intrinsic safety remote control functions (Models with N only have intrinsic safety remote control function)
2. Equipped with automatic water level control function, it can automatically control the start and stop of the water pump based on the water level (models without N have this function)
3. Featuring a menu style operation structure, large LCD Chinese display, fault inquiry, fault recording, and corresponding fault alarm information functions, and the ability to record the specific time of the fault occurrence
4. Equipped with intelligent screen integration functions such as RS-485, Ethernet, Bluetooth, WiFi, handheld terminal APP one touch connection, and LINUX operating system. RS-485 communication adopts Modbus RTU communication protocol format, while Ethernet and WiFi adopt Modbus TCP protocol format, facilitating networking and communication mode selection
